Terms of use

Effective September 10, 2026. Provider: Diogo Lepri Moreira, contact.velotti@gmail.com.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What the app is

Dá pro gasto? is a personal expense tracking app. It records what you log or import, calculates budgets, projections and alerts, and answers questions about your own numbers. It doesn't move money, doesn't connect to your bank and is not a financial institution.

3. License

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices, subject to the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer the app.

4. Subscription and free trial

5. Your data and content

Everything you record in the app is yours. Your data is saved in your account, in the cloud; you can export it to a spreadsheet whenever you want. You are responsible for the security of your device and your account. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Not advice

The numbers, projections, alerts and chat answers are calculated from what you've recorded and are meant for personal organization. They do not constitute financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Decisions remain yours.

7. AI-generated answers

The chat uses an artificial intelligence model. Answers may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations, even with the right data. Check the amounts in the app itself before making any decision based on an answer.

8. Availability

The app works even without internet and sends changes to the cloud when the connection is back. Your account, cloud saving and the chat depend on servers and may be unavailable due to maintenance or third-party failures. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will let you know when the change is significant.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app, delete your account and erase your data at any time, from inside the app. We may terminate access for anyone who violates these terms or uses the service abusively.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses resulting from decisions made based on the app's numbers, from data erased due to a device failure, or from third-party services being unavailable. Nothing here limits the rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be heard in the courts of the consumer's place of residence.

12. Contact
